Join us for an evening of cocktails and community — a benefit to equip and staff a new maternity ward at Taasa Health’s clinic in Kalungu, rural Uganda, where the nearest hospital is still two hours away. 🥂
🍸 Open Bar – Two hours of beer, wine, and select cocktails, on the house.
🖼️ Silent Auction – Bid on a range of items for the cause, items include local artists, restaurants, NY sports teams, and more!
🍤 Hors d’oeuvres – Bites making the rounds all evening.

🎫 Tickets – $100 per person. Every dollar funds the equipment and staff to open the maternity ward.
🌍 The Impact – In rural Uganda, about 1 in 4 women still give birth with no skilled attendant present, and a newborn is six times more likely to die in its first month than one born in the U.S. One clean, staffed delivery room changes that.
🌳 About Taasa Health – Founded in 2018, Taasa serves underserved villages across rural Uganda; its Kalungu clinic has treated more than 10,000 patients since 2022, operated by local clinicians and staff. Taasa extends beyond healthcare to focus on sustainability and empowerment of the Kalungu community.
